- Easy Exchange/Return* applies if not satisfied with Products** quality or size.
- You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the deliveryman.

We assure you that all Products sold on trendstarbd.com are brand new. In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have Refund as well.

Inside of Dhaka City area, it takes 2 working days to a maximum of 5 working days
Outside of Dhaka City area, it takes 3 working days to a maximum of 7 working days
